You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Licensed Real Estate Disclosure

Rapid Close is represented by a licensed az real estate agent. Brokered by Omni Homes International. Using the website or requesting an offer does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or representation relationship unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by all required parties. Any offer is subject to inspection, title review, and underwriting and may be modified or withdrawn before closing.

Information You Submit

You agree that all information you submit through the Services is true, accurate, current, and complete. You authorize us to contact you using the contact information you provide, including by phone, text, and email, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Close and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rapid Close and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services lies in the state and federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
